- The Knitting Workshop 5:00 – 7:00 This 10-week series is designed to meet your goals. The workshop will run every Tuesday through March, pick any 10 sessions and fire up your needles!
- Socks Two x Two 5:30 – 7:00 Say goodbye to Second Sock Syndrome – in this two part class you will learn how to knit two socks at once on one long circular needle. it is recommended that you have previous sock knitting experience

- Finishing 4:00 – 5:30 Learn the essential skills you need to properly finish your knitted items. Mattress stitch, picking up stitches, three needle bind off, kitchener and button holes will be covered. homework provided at registration
- Psychic Night beginning at 6:00 John Altieri is a Long Island psychic who has been on Cablevision’s show ‘Beyond the Unexplained’. He has also done live radio shows and has stories and pictures published in Long Island’s Most Haunted Cemeteries. Among other things, John specializes in personal readings. Join us for an evening of knitting and insight! Feel free to bring any object of significance that may help in your reading.
Saturday:
- Drop Spindling 10:00 – 11:30 Welcome to the mystery of making your own yarn! Learn how to spin and ply fiber into yarn. Not only is spinning fun, understanding yarn construction will improve your knitting and crocheting projects.

- Let’s Play Footsie12:30 – 2:00 Saturdays in February are going to be all about the feet! Join in the fun and start knitting socks – let’s explore color, pattern, texture and technique! If you’re brand new to sock knitting, why not sign up for our sock class or get started on some legwarmers? If you’ve already knit socks, but could use some support, then this is the thing for you!

- Socks! 3:00 – 4:30 Isn’t it about time you learned to make socks? In this three-week class, you will learn to knit a sock from the cuff down, and walk away prepared to tackle almost any sock pattern out there.
Sunday:
- Christmas/Holiday Knitting Club 11:00 – 1:00 Introducing your own fibery savings account! Join us as we meet the 4th Sunday of each month to work on a knitted holiday gift. By the time December rolls around, your gift list will be finished! *club membership is free with purchase of supplies!
- Groove KAL 1:00 – 3:00 ”Stripes and cabled slipped stitches add a punch of graphic sophistication to this stylish scarf.” The Fibre Company is hosting a knit along and we are going to join in the fun! Check out their group on Ravelry …. prizes and a live chat with Stephen West, Kate & Courtney! as with all KAL’s – complimentary with your Village Knitter purchase of yarn for the project, otherwise the drop-in fee is $5.00/session.
